Reservations/Deposits/Payments

In order to secure your reservation at Anemos Rooms & Apartments we will require a deposit.
Deposits can either be paid via bank transfer (please aks for details), by credit card or can be prepaid.
In the case of a deposit, the balance of your stay is payable before your departure from the hotel.
It is possible to pay for your stay at Anemos by cash, credit or debit card or by pre-payment.

Check-In & Check-Out

Check in: from 12:00 midday to midnight - If you would like to check in after these times then please let us know before your arrival.
Check-out: from 08:30 to 12:00 midday - If you would like to check out earlier please let us know the day before

Children

Children are welcome at Anemos.
It is possible for one child per room up to 2 yrs old to stay in a baby cot free of charge. Please do check with the management that this is possible before your arrival.

Cancellations & Modifications

Cancellations and modifications made up to 7 days before the date of arrival are not charged.
Cancellations and modifications made within 7 days and up to 24 hours of the arrival date will be charged at 50% of the total of the stay.
Cancellations or modifications within 24 hours of the arrival date, no-shows or guests leaving early will be charged the total cost of the stay.
